CORNVILLE, Ariz. — For the fifth and final time, Vin de Filles guests raised a glass to all the chefs, beverage makers and volunteers who were on deck at Page Springs Cellars in October to toast everyone involved and presented them with a standing ovation.

Shop Local has become a national movement encouraging consumers to frequent more locally owned small retailers. Small Business Saturday is a nationwide event held annually on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, which promotes holiday shopping with local small businesses instead of chain retailers.
