Ways to Give
The Verde Valley Sanctuary provides comprehensive services to assist, protect and empower victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our 360-degree approach provides emergency assistance and shelter, confidential counseling, case management, and lay legal support as well as year-round education and prevention programs in the community. Services available in English and Spanish.
None of this could be accomplished without the support of generous individuals, foundations and corporations.

Individual Gifts

Arizona Tax Credit
You can support the Verde Valley Sanctuary and benefit from the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit. Here is how it works: File your Arizona tax return, attach Form 321 and receive dollar-for-dollar credit on your taxes for your donation up to $470* (filing single return) or $938* (filing a joint return). Our Qualifying Charity Organization (QCO) code to be entered on Form 321 is #20041.

Planned Giving
Many of our supporters choose to remember the Verde Valley Sanctuary in their estate plan. A planned gift is a meaningful way to continue your support for, the Verde Valley Sanctuary, far into the future while also providing tax and other benefits to you and your estate. Planned gifts can be made from your estate in a variety of ways. Gifts of cash, stocks and securities, a charitable gift annuity, a trust, life insurance and retirement assets are just a few options to leave a lasting legacy.

Help us provide safety, services and comfort to survivors of domestic and sexual violence by becoming a Community Partner! This program allows local businesses and other organizations to join us in the fight against domestic violence via sponsorship funding. In-kind donations welcome! Our Community Partners receive an array of benefits including business logo recognition on website for 1 year, social media shoutouts, newsletter features, recognition at events and more.
