“A Time to Talk” Trauma Support Groups

The Verde Valley Sanctuary offers a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for survivors of any form of violence and/ or trauma in their lifetime. These sessions, “Time to Talk”, are the ideal setting for individuals to talk about their common experiences and learn coping skills.

Time to Talk – Camp Verde” support group is held each Tuesday 12:00-1:00 P.M. at 51 E Hollamon St., RM 302, starting Tuesday, September 3rd.

“Time to Talk – Cottonwood” support group is held each Thursday 12:00-1:00 P.M. at Verde Valley Sanctuary’s Outreach Center, 601 W. Mingus Avenue.

“Time to Talk – Sedona” support group is held each Tuesday 6:00 -7:00 P.M. at Twice Nice Thrift Store, 1225 W. SR 89A.

These groups foster self-empowerment along with emotional healing and are open to all individuals regardless of gender identity. These are drop-in groups and do not require registration. For more information, call the Verde Valley Sanctuary Outreach Center (928) 634-6255.

The Verde Valley Sanctuary is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, assisting and empowering victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault and human trafficking.
